Leading and developing leaders for tomorrow

How do we get leaders to think originally? What should leaders do to develop other leaders to make them relevant for today and tomorrow? Leadership principles, core competencies and tenets for an operating model for leaders. How do we keep our leaders engaged and intellectually curious to evolve and resolve the authenticity paradox? Identifying and developing a talent pool that is multi-faceted and fungible across an organization.
