Payment type can only be changed on an order that has not been paid.
The account holder can update the payment type from their My Account page.
To change a payment type, follow these steps:
1. | Select My Account from the left navigation |
2. | Under Account Activity, select View next to Payment History |
3. | Select the View Payment Details link on the transaction that needs updated |
4. | Select the Change Payment Method link. |
5. | If you change the payment type to: |
• | PO from Check, PO fees will be added. |
• | Check from PO, PO fees will be removed |
• | Credit card from PO, PO fees will be removed and you will be taken to the Credit Card checkout. If you have the card information, you can process the payment. |
• | Credit card from Check, you will be taken to the Credit Card checkout. If you have the card information, you can process the payment. |
