Changing Payment Type

Payment type can only be changed on an order that has not been paid.

 

The account holder can update the payment type from their My Account page.

 

To change a payment type, follow these steps:

 

1.Select My Account from the left navigation
2.Under Account Activity, select View next to Payment History

3.Select the View Payment Details link on the transaction that needs updated

4.Select the Change Payment Method link.

5.If you change the payment type to:
PO from Check, PO fees will be added.
Check from PO, PO fees will be removed
Credit card from PO, PO fees will be removed and you will be taken to the Credit Card checkout.  If you have the card information, you can process the payment.
Credit card from Check, you will be taken to the Credit Card checkout. If you have the card information, you can process the payment.
